By accessing or using ChangelogGuard (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) What ChangelogGuard provides
ChangelogGuard provides monitoring and alerting for public, official change signals related to the WhatsApp Business Platform. Alerts are delivered to destinations you configure (Slack, Jira, Email, Webhooks).
ChangelogGuard is an independent service and is not affiliated with Meta.

- We do not guarantee that all platform changes will be detected.
- We do not guarantee delivery timing (alerts may be delayed).

You are responsible for reviewing official documentation and validating changes before acting.
5) Payments and subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
- Founder’s Pass discounts apply only while an active subscription is maintained.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we do not store full payment details.
6) Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds, if offered, are described at checkout or in specific promotions (e.g., Founder’s Pass).
7) Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We do not scan your source code.
- We do not ingest WhatsApp message content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ChangelogGuard is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
